Saxilby is a large village, 6 miles to the north west of Lincoln. It is Danish in origin, and is situated on the north bank of the Fossdyke Navigation, originally a Roman canal linking the River Witham at Lincoln with the River Trent at Torksey.
Saxilby U3A was established in February 2011.

Westcroft Green Space Improvements consultation
Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council is exploring making improvements to the Westcroft Green Space, with ideas that may include trial equipment, natural-stye play equipment, a sensory area and quiet seating space.
